FOUNDER OF AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESSES
Bruce has been in the automotive business for over 50 years. He has had ownership interests in dealerships across NY, NJ & PA and became the co-founder of City World and Major World, which are renowned automotive franchised dealerships in the New York City area.
Bruce’s wealth of knowledge and vision in franchising has been developed and refined since his first franchise purchase over 45 years ago.

Bruce is a passionate investor whose portfolio also includes companies like Enterra Solutions, Subnation, The PFL, 1906, IMGN Media, Surround Ventures, Franchise123.com, QCharge and BECOZ Opportunity Zone Fund just to name a few.
Bruce has a keen eye for change and transformation and played a pivotal role in finding the opportunity of taking the struggling $2.5 + billion Revel Casino in Atlantic City from the bankruptcy purchaser and is an original member of the entity that purchased and created the Ocean Casino. The Ocean is now a thriving business and one of the largest US casinos outside of Las Vegas.

Bruce currently serves as a past and Honorary chairman of the NYS Automobile Dealers Association. The NYSADA has been the collective voice of New York’s Franchised Dealers For 100 years. It has been active to Strengthening the state’s franchise laws to the successful blocking of many bills harmful to dealers. NYSADA has a long record of advocating for the interests of it’s members with the state’s leaders.
Bruce started as one of the original founders and past chairman of the National Association of Fleet Resale dealers. His commitment to the industry has also been cemented through his time as President of the NYC Chevrolet dealers advertising association and past director of the Tri-State Chevrolet, Chrysler and Kia advertising association boards and start-up technology auto boards such as Autobytel, Fords Dealer systems and Online Kars.
Bruce was a former member of the Microsoft Carpoint and Manheim Interactive advisory boards and earlier in his career he served as the former chairman of the Bell Atlantic Customer Advisory Board in Queens and served on the American Express Customer Advisory Board. In addition, his Alma Mata Queens College Foundation Board and continues to serve on the Queens College Community Advisory Council.
